5 course prix fixe choose one item per course  $70++ per person

 

Chef’s Amuse crostini, whipped brie, apricot jam, almonds

 

Appetizers

Shrimp Cocktail Duo chilled poached shrimp with remoulade and cocktail sauce for dipping

 Mushroom Tartlets cremini mushrooms, gruyere cheese, phyllo crust, over dressed arugula

 Elk Chops red wine blackberry demi

 

Soup or Salad

Grilled Caesar Salad grilled hearts of romaine, caesar dressing, parmesan, croutons

 Artisan Salad hearts of palm, avocado, oranges, walnuts, artisan lettuces, champagne vinaigrette

Tomato Basil Soup mini grilled cheese

 

Main Course

Surf and Turf filet mignon medallions, Bearnaise, pan seared Diver scallops

 Wild Boar Osso Bucco  creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables

Butternut Squash Manicotti  ricotta, mozzarella, butternut squash, fried sage

Miso Crusted Seabass  Forbidden rice, grilled asparagus

 

Dessert 

Cheesecake mixed berry compote   

Triple Chocolate Mousse
