Bourbon Apple Pork Belly crispy pork belly, bourbon glazed apples

Vegetable Terrine layered yellow squash, zucchini, red bell pepper and eggplant topped with honey-sherry vinaigrette


Saffron and Brandy Lobster Bisque

Mixed Greens & Spinach Salad cranberries, toasted almonds, orange segments, citrus vinaigrette

Hearts of Romaine “Wedge” chunky bleu cheese dressing, bacon, grape tomatoes



Grilled Salmon arugula, fennel, oranges, toasted almonds, asparagus, mustard vinaigrette

Coq Au Vin chicken, fresh fettucine pasta, wild mushrooms, lardons, wine

Wild Boar Osso Bucco creamy polenta, root vegetable

Flat Iron Steak  bone marrow canoes & truffle pomme frites

Vegetarian fusilli pasta, roasted eggplant and wild mushrooms, toasted pine nuts, Italian parsley, lemon zest, goat cheese
